• Buying the product is completely customer’s choice, we only make the recommendations of the products according to the skin types.
• If people with hormonal misbalance, PCODs or other skin concerns may find the product unsuitable.
• “How to use” or “Directions to use” mentioned on the packaging is according to the skin types, as per the recommendation. People with allergies should be cautious before applying the product.
• Our customer care executives will always be there to give the best possible solution and will be available to understand the issue..

Do you test your products on animals?
We love our furry Buddy as much as we love our glow getters. Therefore, we do not test our products on amimals or use any aminals by product. We only test our products on ourselves.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
You can expect your orders between 7-10 working days.

Do you have similar products for men?
Our products are unisexual they are suitable for both men and women other than just our Intimate Wash.

Is Glowy Skin products vegan?
Yes, our products are completely free from animal by-product that make them suitable for vegetarian people and they can use them.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We have a range of products that are prepared keeping in mind all different kinds of skin types therefore each product is dedicated to particular skin type. Although we still recommend the patch test before using any product.

Can we use your product during pregnancy?
Although our products are safe and natural, but we recommend considering your physician to use them during pregnancy as different people have different medical issues during pregnancy.

Do you use strong fragrance?
Most of our products have natural fragrance while in some product we add essential oils to give same effect.

Our 4 simple steps to glow!

Step 1: Apply an even layer of the Clay Mask to freshly cleansed skin.
Step 2: Leave for 5-10mins or until the mask begins to dry (becoming lighter in colour).
Step 3: Do the touch test! When your mask begins to dry but still feels a little bit sticky, it's time to wash it off!
Step 4: Pat dry with a clean towel, moisturise and enjoy your fresh skin glow!
